  • Skvělý neustále usměvavý personál, který se snažil nám vyjít s čímkoli vstříc a opravdu velmi dobrý servis služeb.

  • Jediná nevýhoda je restaurace v hotelu, která je orientovaná na thajskou kuchyni. Ne každý tomuto jídlu přijde na chuť a pokud nemůžete večer opustit hotel (např. kvůli malému spícímu dítěti), jste bez jídla.

  • Cestuji hodně, navštívil jsem již mnoho hotelů. Ubytování je na vysoké úrovni, nabídky služeb mi vzhledem ke krátké době vyhovovala. Personál je velmi příjemný, i když musí občas řešit nepříjemné nařízení - blokace kreditní kartou, s tím se setkávám zřídka. Restaurace na úrovni, doporučoval bych však rozšířit sortiment. Kuchyně byla výborná, ale v ten večer jsem neměl zrovna chuť na speciality asijské kuchyně, ale vše bylo připraveno výtečně.
