  • Nefungovala elektřina v koupelně a osvětlení v pokoji ze 75%.Nefunkční elektronické zatahování závěsů-chyběl ovladač.Na pokoji vůbec nebyl hotelový telefon,avizovaný s možnými mezinárodními hovory zdarma. Nefunkční LED podsvícení.Při napouštění vany tekla ze studené horká a naopak. Nefunkční tresor.Avizovaný tablet nebyl k dispozici(nepetřebovali jsme ho,ale proč je uveden na stránkách hotelu?) Závada na elektřině nebyla ani po dvou urgencích odstraněna.

  • Skvělý neustále usměvavý personál, který se snažil nám vyjít s čímkoli vstříc a opravdu velmi dobrý servis služeb.

  • Jediná nevýhoda je restaurace v hotelu, která je orientovaná na thajskou kuchyni. Ne každý tomuto jídlu přijde na chuť a pokud nemůžete večer opustit hotel (např. kvůli malému spícímu dítěti), jste bez jídla.

  • Místo a klidová poloha

  • Nedostatečná kapacita snídaňové místnosti. Abych musel ráno čekat 20 min než se uvolní místo a navíc snídal bez svých obchodních partnerů, tak to se mi ještě nestalo a výrázně to ovlivnilo mé další případné návštěvy v tomto hotelu.

  • ochotný a usměvavý personál, množství drobných příjemných detailů

  • malý pokoj pro tři osoby (rozměrově tak maximálně pro dvě osoby), dost málo místa v koupelně u umyvadla (mohutnější postava by se k umyvadlu asi vůbec nedostala), slabé světlo v koupelně, nefungující televize (špatný příjem sígnálu, bohužel nebylo v silách jinak ochotného personálu tuto závadu odstranit)
